What a fantastic day at the Annual Bellrock Group & Legal & General Supplier Conference 2025!

Held at the People’s History Museum in Manchester, it was brilliant to connect with so many of our key supply chain partners to discuss shared priorities and opportunities as we look ahead to 2026.

We were delighted to speak once again at this year’s Annual Legal & General and Bellrock Supplier Conference.

When we last attended a year ago, we proudly launched the Inspiring Hopes and Dreams (IHD) programme — and it’s inspiring to see just how far it has come since then.

Designed as a free, life-changing initiative, Inspiring Hopes and Dreams provides targeted industry skills training, mentoring, and clear career pathways that empower individuals such as cleaners, security officers, and grounds teams to unlock new opportunities and take meaningful steps towards personal and professional growth.

Backed by strong partnerships with organisations including Bellrock Group and Legal & General, IHD tackles systemic barriers by fostering inclusion, building resilience, and creating routes to financial independence and fulfilling employment.

At the heart of this work, the Inspiring Leadership Foundation (ILF) provides one-to-one mentorship and wrap-around support for hidden workers across the UK — helping participants overcome both personal and professional challenges.

Through collaboration with partners such as the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), we enhance the programme with additional resources, lead curriculum and mentoring design, ensure safeguarding, and drive continuous improvement through impact measurement.

Together, we’re turning our shared vision of empowerment and inclusion into real, measurable change for those who need it most.
