Inspiring Futures Academy Launch

We are excited to launch our Inspiring Futures Academy for girls and women who could benefit from personal and professional development. This is our own customised, world-class, internal project. The Inspiring Futures Academy delivers a uniquely positioned curriculum for personal and career development. Our programmes are delivered by certified trainers and partners. Our curriculum is mapped to the Inspiring Leadership Compass, a statistically proven model for driving improved success, happiness and wellbeing focusing on performance and potential. We have two pathways requiring different levels of time and commitment, the Raising Hopes Pathway and the Inspiring Futures Pathway.

Raising Hopes Pathway –  A light-touch pathway designed for girls and women who would like help with their development but have limited time to commit and need more flexibility. Applicants will have access to the following services:

• Masterclasses
• Online Content & App
• Psychometrics
• Events

Inspiring Futures Pathway – A deeply individual pathway designed for girls and women who would like additional help on a more personal level, and can commit time to work towards the Inspiring Futures Certificate. Applicants will receive the following to the following services:

• Masterclasses
• Online Content & App
• Psychometrics
• Events
• Mentoring & Coaching
• Work Experience
• Certificate & Celebration Ceremony

We work with girls and women from different backgrounds, including but not limited to:

• Not in education, employment or training
• In Education or Work but would benefit from additional support
• Experiencing Anxiety and Low Self-Esteem
• Minority groups
• Single parents
• Low income households and communities
