Inspiring Hopes & Dreams: A Day at Cardiff and Vale College

We had the privilege of visiting Cardiff and Vale College today as part of the Inspiring Hopes and Dreams programme—a collaborative initiative between Legal & General, Bellrock, and the Inspiring Leadership Foundation. A special thank you goes to Rebecca Lewis for her exceptional organisation and warm welcome.

The event brought together a fantastic group of motivated learners who are at a pivotal stage in their lives—ready to explore new opportunities and take meaningful steps towards fulfilling careers. Presenting to such an engaged audience was truly energising and a reminder of why these career fairs matter.

The Inspiring Hopes and Dreams programme is designed to create real-world development opportunities in the property and facilities management sector. By partnering with colleges, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and local community leaders, we aim to unlock potential and support inclusive economic growth across the UK.
