We have launched our strategic partnership with the DWP and introduce the Covenant for Empowering Women and Girls.
This is the first national rollout of its kind, drawing on the successes of previous covenants, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to champion this cause in collaboration with the DWP.
The Covenant for Empowering Women and Girls is a commitment by the nation to take action towards empowering women and girls. This involves recognising the barriers and discrimination that women face and pledging to take specific actions to overcome these obstacles and create a more equitable society.
The Inspiring Leadership Foundation (ILF) empowers disadvantaged girls and women to achieve their full potential and financial independence by providing access to mentoring, workshops, and development opportunities that enhance both their professional and personal growth. By working directly with the DWP and launching this covenant, we are dedicated to inspiring and empowering women, especially those who face significant barriers, by providing them with the necessary resources, tools, and opportunities to achieve success in their personal and professional lives.
