What you’ll learn:
This workshop empowers participants to enhance both individual and group learning experiences by exploring various learning styles—kinesthetic, visual, auditory, and reading/writing. You will discover how to apply these insights to improve communication and collaboration. In addition, you’ll develop key skills to foster effective teamwork across cultural differences, using emotional intelligence and perspective-taking to create more inclusive, productive environments. Finally, we’ll tackle how to be an active bystander in situations of injustice, equipping you with four practical strategies—Direct Action, Distraction, Delegation, and Delay—to stand up for what’s right in a culturally sensitive manner.

Who can take part?
Our services are available to women aged 16 and above. We especially encourage those who face significant challenges around money, employment, and unpaid work to join, including women lacking autonomy, healthy social ties, confidence, and employment skills.
