Celebrating Progress, Shaping What Comes Next

Tuesday 1 December 2026 | Stream Office, London
2.00pm – 8.30pm

Join us for an inspiring afternoon and evening as we celebrate the progress of Inspiring Hopes & Dreams (IHD) in 2026, share what we’ve learned and look ahead to an even more ambitious 2027.

Inspiring Hopes & Dreams brings organisations from across the Facilities and Property sector together to create meaningful pathways into career progression, skills development and employment for people who may otherwise face barriers to opportunity.

The afternoon will bring together employers, mentors, partners and leaders from across the sector to celebrate the impact achieved so far, share what’s working and explore how we can extend IHD’s reach and impact in 2027.

It’s an opportunity to connect, exchange ideas and help shape how we can work together to create more opportunities for people to progress.
