About the Programme

As a trained facilitator, you will:

  • Deliver at least one workshop per quarter, either:

    • Externally through ILF programmes, or

    • Internally within your own organisation

  • Facilitate workshops virtually and/or in person

  • Maintain and develop your facilitation skills through regular delivery

This ensures both quality and continued professional growth within the network.

Who This Is For

This programme is ideal for individuals who:

  • Are passionate about mentoring and developing others

  • Enjoy building confidence and capability in people

  • Want to strengthen their training and facilitation skills

  • Are comfortable leading groups and guiding discussions

Previous experience delivering training or workshops is beneficial but not essential. A genuine interest in facilitation and learning is key.
