Level 3 is all about self-directed learning, and you will have access to our online learning system where there are lots of different courses available to youat your own choice and pace.

Curriculum
One workshop per month: Workshop Delivery – you will be challenged to present your take on a different topic each month. These sessions will begin with a taught leadership topic followed by presentations and ending with the next challenge being set.
One evening per month: Inspiring Learning Circles – peer led groups where you can meet to discuss your workshop plans, career goals and ask any questions to the IFA community members and ILT team
On the last Monday of each month, you are invited to attend a workshop delivered by a professional from the ILT network!
