Collaborative Women’s Empowerment Event: Uniting for Change

In an inspiring collaboration, Cadence Innova and the Inspiring Leadership Foundation joined forces on Tuesday, November 28th, at the Adobe Office in London. This exclusive event, generously hosted by Adobe, brought together an array of guests, including representatives from local authorities, government agencies, and private sector organisations.

The session aimed to foster innovation in collaboration, exploring new approaches to identifying and supporting disadvantaged people. The overarching goal was to promote women’s empowerment.

Participants delved into the complexities of empowering disadvantaged women. The dynamic discussions centred on two pivotal aspects: unpacking the issues and identifying practical challenges, as well as discussing opportunities and prioritisation and charting the paths forward.

At the end of the session, each individual committed to a set of actionable steps based on the outcomes of our discussions.
