Inspiring Leadership Foundation Partners with DWP to Launch the Covenant for Empowering Women and Girls
On June 20th, 2023, the Inspiring Leadership Foundation had the privilege of attending a momentous Social Mobility event at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. The event marked the official launch of our strategic partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the introduction of the groundbreaking Covenant for Empowering Women and Girls. This national rollout is a remarkable milestone, drawing inspiration from previous successful covenants, and we are thrilled to collaborate with the DWP to champion this transformative cause.
The Covenant for Empowering Women and Girls represents a powerful initiative aimed at dismantling barriers, promoting gender equality, and ensuring equal opportunities. This project seeks to provide access to opportunities for disadvantaged women and girls, irrespective of their backgrounds. Through collaboration with like-minded employers, we are encouraging them to pledge their support in creating an inclusive society where women and girls can thrive.
